@FACEIT_Darwin They accused me of smurfing cause his account is logging in under the same hardware. i work for Omen e-sports i have so my people in the face it community that can vouche for my sons use of the ALT account and i cant get anyone to reply from face it support? 😪 this is so wrong

My 13 year old son is completely heartbroken and devastated cause his @FACEIT account got permanently banned, along with mine being a 6 month ban because we share the same computer at home. I'm appalled at this horrible FACEIT support team more lik Hindrance Team @FACEIT_Darwin

And does seeing someone verified (or not) affect your perception of them?
