After all the inconvenience caused to a Gold member travelling with family, the proposed compensation is an INR 3,000 voucher.
Is this really considered an appropriate resolution, @airindia?

@SamsungIndia Extremely disappointed with the service experience 4 my Samsung AC. The assigned engg advised me not to buy Samsung products nd instead sell d AC. He declared d compressor faulty despite the AC being under extended warranty nd refused to proceed with the repair. 1/2
@AxisBank transaction date was 26th Jan and later airline cancelled the flight in March due to ongoing issues in middle east. Check with airline they refunded in march itself but there is nothing in credit card. Shared the details in IM. Please check ASAP.

Hi @SABBank, I applied for a credit card and it has already been approved. I also requested instant card generation, however the card is not visible in the SAB app or online banking. I can only see the application status. Kindly check and assist.
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport airline cancelled the flight in March and confirmed, till now there is no refund reflected on my credit card.
It has already been several months and I am still waiting for resolution. Kindly help trace the refund urgently.
