@NWSCMD @nwsc_ug I believe you need to do a client / civic satisfaction score or net promoter score by municipality. Honestly service delivery of NWSC has deteriorated in the last 12 months, it used to be great. I live in Kisaasi. I can’t imagine what is happening upcountry .

We had good power when Umeme was in charge but now it is never on and when it is on it is very low. Can something be done about this? @UEDCLSpox
