@zapatas_mom I don’t think it’s that we dislike walkable cities. I thinks it’s more like, since we had the space to spread out, and most development happened after cars were common, developers figured why NOT spread out. And now the “more land good” mentality is ingrained in our culture
@Corvography@hubermanlab I’ve seen multiple places note that right after a workout is most effective for muscle growth. But also that consistency is important.
@Mubarak_mubious Don’t drink anything when you eat, including water. Chug water throughout the day, but not while you eat. It’ll force you to chew better and eat slower.
@CountryTasha86@DrRhino7777 I would build off that comment by suggesting, before the first rep, “pull” yourself down into position to take slack in the bar. Will prime your core and back. There is a really old video on YouTube by a dude named Alan Thrall that kind of explains this. Great video.
