There should be an option to turn them off… for the customers who have never missed a due date and are requesting to be left peacefully… SMS of bill generation is sufficient for me! @StanChart

What a pity… Have SCB credit card since many years but off late the payment reminders and calls have increased and is so frustrating despite paying on time in full, not even a single delay. Customer care can’t stop them!
