Can we have a expert in Road constructions who understands how a road should be constructed to last minimum 50 years and make a debate with Road Minsters or political representatives.
India is tired of Potholes🙏
Chinese real estate prices have crashed to levels that they were at in 2005, more than 20 years ago.
Something similar is going to happen in India as prices are now 50-100× the avg person’s annual income.
It’s just impossible for real estate prices to remain so exorbitantly high, no matter how much black money is used.
The day is not far away when real estate prices will start to fall, especially in Tier-1 cities. Just wait and watch.
@Dev_Fadnavis sir plz give Maharashtra Road Ministry to @Tukaram_IndIAS .
We are all fed up of potholes at Pune.
@PMCPune says there are 54 Potholes left in pune but they forget to mention 54 potholes per 100 Mtrs🙏
All pune Roads creatd for international cycle race are broken
FORMER GOOGLE CEO ERIC SCHMIDT DROPPED A CHILLING WARNING ON AI'S FUTURE.
"WITHIN 5 YEARS, AI COULD HANDLE INFINITE CONTEXT, CHAIN-OF-THOUGHT REASONING FOR 1000-STEP SOLUTIONS, AND MILLIONS OF AGENTS WORKING TOGETHER.
EVENTUALLY, THEY'LL DEVELOP THEIR OWN LANGUAGE... AND WE WON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY'RE DOING."
HIS FINAL WORDS:
"PULL THE PLUG."
THIS IS THE MAN WHO RAN GOOGLE TALKING ABOUT THE SINGULARITY.

This is nuts.
Mark Cuban just said something every young person should hear.
AI agents are going to run through every small and mid-size business in the country.
Not a single one of those owners will know how to build them.
His advice: learn Claude. Learn agentic workflows. Just learn AI and how it works.
Then go to these businesses and help them — because they won't know how to do any of this.
They have money to spend. They have deep problems.
They don't have you.
But first you need to know how to build agents.

It was a Zoom call. Somebody hit record. Thank god.
Boris Cherny, who built Claude Code, said:
«At Anthropic, loops review every pull request. Every single one.
Give it 3-6 months and prompting is gone»
Loops changed how I use Claude. I don't really prompt anymore.
This recording is worth more than any $500 course on agents I've seen.
Watch this video, read about loops below, then unfollow me. Fair trade
Bangalore house searching is crazy. A landlord asked for 40 lakh security and zero rent
He said that he's super rich & doesn't need rent, just someone qualified for his house
I told him Im from IIT & he was quite happy with my qualification & offered me the house
But I told him that I am someone who wants to provide the best value to his stakeholders
So I counter-offered him with 80 lakh worth of esops in my startup instead of the security deposit
I didn't hear back from him. Just got a message 'Esops for deposit? Shark Tank thoda kam dekha karo'
I replied '40 lakh for deposit? Ganja thoda kam phooka karo'
Andrew Ng:
"100% of my tasks are now done by AI agents - hype has exceeded my expectations. Loops is next step.
in 3-6 months, everyone will be using self-improving loops. No more prompting."
In a 30-minute talk, Andrew Ng explains how to build self-improving agentic systems from scratch.
Worth more than a $500 agentic course.
this is f*cking gold
How to build your first AI agent (Full guide)
if I had this a year ago, I would've shipped my first agent in a day instead of 2 weeks
in the right hands, this changes everything:
Anthropic engineer:
"You're not supposed to prompt Claude.
You're supposed to build a system that prompts itself."
That one sentence changed how I think about AI.
In this video, she reveals how power users actually use Claude:
• Why most people lose ~14% of performance before they even start
• The hidden automation workflows almost nobody uses
• How to create AI systems that work while you're offline
• The daily task pipelines Anthropic engineers automated first
• Why staying inside the chat window is the biggest bottleneck
Most people think they're using an AI assistant.
The top 1% are building AI employees.
If you've been using Claude for months and only opening a chat, you're leaving a ridiculous amount of leverage on the table.
This isn't another AI hype video.
It's one of the few that fundamentally changes how you use AI.
Watch it before it disappears from your feed.
