A U.S. embassy in West Africa uncovered a sophisticated birth tourism network of more than 100 foreign nationals using fraudulent documents and visa “fixers” to get themselves visas in order to get U.S. citizenship for their children.

Mahender Makhijani, 44, a lawful permanent resident from India living in Corona del Mar, was arrested this morning on a federal criminal complaint charging him with defrauding a bank out of nearly $100 million.

Makhijani controlled Cantor Group V LLC, a Newport Beach-based company that had a lending agreement requiring it to pledge only first-lien real estate loans to the victim bank.

Makhijani falsified title policies from September 2024 to April 2025 to make it appear Cantor held first-lien positions when other creditors were ahead. Makhijani and a subordinate forged documents in Adobe, altered metadata, and submitted the falsified records to the victim bank, while also providing misleading explanations during calls and in spreadsheets.

If convicted, Makhijani faces a statutory maximum sentence of 30 years in federal prison. He is expected to make his initial appearance this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, California. All defendants are presumed innocent until convicted in court.

Our nation’s economy and welfare depend on a healthy banking system. When lenders are deceived, it has downstream effects on consumers and businesses.

Those talking about the USS Liberty are talking about it because it was injected into American political discourse in 2014 by AlJazeera (Qatari state media) to influence Americas foreign policy position when Obama was President and Gaza attacked Israel in 2014.

Prior to that no one talked about the USS Liberty. Why because there were 11 US investigations in the US. 3 by Israel. And they paid 13 million in reparations.

Why would those 11 investigations protect Israel at the time. They were not even a formal ally of the United States of America.

The conspiracy theorists want you to believe that a nation of 2.5 million people, surrounded by over 100 million Arabs backed by Soviet weapons and warships, with no formal U.S. alliance, fighting with French equipment, deliberately attacked the one government that might help it, in broad daylight, on day four of a war it wasn’t sure it would survive.

And 11 American investigations were all fraudulently conducted to protect Israel who was not an actual ally of the US yet because what?

AIPAC only built a 300,000 war chest by 1974. In 1967 it was like a one man show.

The organizations with real political muscle in that era weren’t Jewish lobby groups, they were labor unions.

The AFL-CIO in the 1950s had 15 million members and nearly three times the entire Jewish population of the United States and its political influence dwarfed anything the pro-Israel lobby could field at the time.

The President of AFL-CIO was not Jewish or a dual citizen. He was Catholic.

So no money, no alliance and no lobby power and only 2.5 million people but they brazenly attacked the US in the middle of a seven front war?
