@as4951@JetBlue I agree! @JetBlue We had a flight at JFK on Thur. 4:55pm for a funeral. Rec'd NO compensation. We didn't take off until 1AM. You sent us vouchers at 10:15pm when everything was closed! Car rental was closed in BUR when we arrived, had to wait over 2 hours 4 them to open. 😡
@JetBlue This is crazy! You guys can’t get your story straight. We went back to the gate twice to refuel! There are 8 of us trying to make a funeral tomorrow!!

@JetBlue Had to chat twice with customer service for 2 different issues this week and I wanted to tell you they were super helpful, and friendly. Great customer service. 🙌🙂
@JetBlue Annoyed with @JetBlue today! My son was 3 min late for the 40 min check in bag cutoff. They rebooked him on another flight. Funny how when airlines run out of overhead space they can put your suitcase underneath 5 min b4 doors closed! 😡
@dennismathew_ Your company is the worst at f/up and customer service. I’ve requested several times for an executive or someone with authority to call me regarding a number of complaints & issues. Still waiting.
@AmericanAir The fact that you think it’s ok to put passengers at the location is a disgrace. I doubt ur flight crew stays there with all the requirements your union reps expects.
@chuck19000@OptimumHelp You sound surprised! have no internet since last night due to bad weather. They can’t send a tech until Saturday said there is no outage in area it’s just me. 3 houses on our street called too with no service & they still won’t report it as an outage. I wk remote I need wifi!!
