I don’t think ai will cause the saas-pocalypse, because when people buy b2b software, they aren’t buying software, they are buying responsibility, as in someone to take responsibility for one of their problem. AI may change how a company makes decisions between make vs buy. But make means maintain. It reminds me of how Craigslist got unbundled and then rebundled.
