@AmericanAir you should organise some sort of an award for your ground staff at Chicago ORD. No argument, they are clearly the number 1 for rudeness in the world. Like that has clearly taken effort and should be recognised. The consistency from check-in to boarding is exceptional. Bravo
@Buseireann what happened to the last 103x from Dublin this evening. It was on the TFI Live app, then it was gone, then it reappeared but the actual bus never showed and I am now an hour after leaving the office and o it getting on a bus in Beresford Pl.

Very grateful to the staff at #CHI Connolly today who were on their lunch in the cafeteria and spotted us struggling to get a child in pain across the car park. They left their lunch to meet us with wheelchair. We knew we were in good hands from there. ❤️
