Happy National School Choice Week. As the week concludes, I'm sharing my personal story on becoming a school choice supporter. And remember, you can support public schools and providing families with a wide variety of options.

Before you drop into partisan rhetoric, this common sense bill passed the Ohio Senate unanimously thanks to the leadership of @brennerforohio. The House should move quickly to pass it as well. https://t.co/tXlFVdGy1U
SB 19 takes a big swing at improving Ohio's mediocre math achievement. Yet, this story focuses on its costs. You know what's costly? Ohio's HS graduates not having the math skills to get jobs that result in a living wage. @VivekGRamaswamy@amyactonoh

Help me out, @AmericanAir. I'm in Miami and trying to get to Orlando. My 10:48 PM flight is delayed until 1:59 AM. The 7 pm flight to Orlando was also delayed and is leaving at 11:07. Standing at the gate and can't get anyone to add me to the flight. Disappointing.
If kids can’t read at the end of 4th grade, then they shouldn’t graduate to 5th grade until they can. Artificially “passing” students & patting them on the back isn’t compassion. It’s cruelty.
@VivekGRamaswamy This is absolutely correct. The frustrating thing is that Ohio had a law that did just that and watered it down despite the positive results it had for students. Here's the data...https://t.co/8vyShASoqN
Ohios economic future is bright, but our students need the right supports to make sure they can benefit from those new jobs and investments. The state’s Career-Connected Learning Coalition has a few great recommendations. @OhioExcels @caldis

@marcportermagee@edpolicy Guessing that Kansas, Iowa, and Missouri might be similar cases to Ohio. With a more accurate grouping, how do the numbers change?
@marcportermagee@edpolicy I find the red, blue, purple state breakdown interesting but take issue with grouping them into even thirds. The idea that Ohio is purple is silly. Trump won by more than ten, every statewide elected official is a Republican, and the GOP dominates both chambers of the GA.
Fordham salutes Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted, 2024 Champion of Charter Schools Award winner! Our state is fortunate to have such an unwavering voice for quality educational options. @LtGovHusted @charteralliance
