@BobTheDog111111@DeanTTraining@jasonsucher It’s minimal. if you want rotator cuff movement than do face pulls or some other high pulling movement. my argument is it’s trying to be 2 movements in one and you can have much better results targeting either the delts or rotator cuff directly
@jasonsucher@DeanTTraining No slightly rotating his arms on a shoulder press never won him any Mr. Olympia’s. an Arnold press does nothing a standard shoulder press doesn’t. what won him that was once in a generation genetics and a incredible amount of steroids.
@BobTheDog111111@DeanTTraining@jasonsucher thats not true. theres plenty of research showing that the Arnold press is worse than a shoulder press because due to the movement you cant load the shoulder as much. and the rotator cuff isn’t operating under any kind of load. so there’s no real benefit. the load is on the delts
@WoodyCraze1870@buckeyefbnation he’s getting travel benefits for his family to come to his games bro. they live in CANADA. how else are they gonna get to the games
@buckeyefbnation it’s called adidas big dog. out bid you for DGG so, and don’t get on your high horse you asked nike to step in with DGG and they said no. also your running backs coach literally tried to learn french for him😭😭
