Most people spend Sunday recovering from the week.
I use Sunday to prepare for the next one.
Here's my reset checklist:
• Get outside within 30 minutes of waking
• Drink water with electrolytes before coffee
• Eat 30-40g of protein at breakfast
• Move for at least 30 minutes
• Plan your workouts before Monday arrives
The healthiest people don't just have better habits. They have better systems.
Sunday is when I prepare my environment.
Healthy habits become easier when healthy choices are obvious.
Before Monday:
• Grocery shop.
• Prep protein.
• Fill your water bottles.
• Schedule your workouts.
• Put your gym clothes where you'll see them.
Discipline gets easier when you remove friction.
