@USAOWTC#WTCPostArts it really interest me to see how much art changes and evolves. I’m eager to see what art continues to challenges as far as ideas and imagination.
I have never taken into account how important it can be to have a good title for a song. I personally have never found interest in listening to a song solely based of the title. #wtcpopmusus@USAOWTC
@USAOWTC#WTCKin2 I was hopeful that Dana with her persistent concern and care for Rufus that she would have an impact on how he turned out, but he couldn’t overcome the environment and time he was in..
@USAOWTC#WTCKin1 reading this really interest me in the way that how Rufus is molded into the person he is because of the people around him, primarily his parents. Dana is doing everything she can to not let the environment mold Rufus, I can’t wait to find out if she can!
@USAOWTC#WTCGender The continuous drive to challenge norms that history has placed on us is critically important for growth for us all. This reading to me showed how conversations and ideas about gender have changed over time. I think the reading was a good read, and important.
I was never aware of the extensive effect of Japanese art on Western art through the years. It is amazing to see how something like Japanese woodblock prints can inspire and evolve the style of others like Picasso's cubism. @USAOWTC#WTCImp
@USAOWTC#WTCImp Reading this article was interesting to me that the inspiration for some great artist came from the Japanese influence of how they created art pieces differently, and how that to me seemed like played a huge factor on the evolution of art, even till today.
Blake really shows his romantic side with all of his talk about emotion. It's interesting reading his works right after Wordsworth though. That whole idea of developing individual styles is really obvious between the two of them. @USAOWTC#WTCBlake
#WTCBlake@USAOWTC Blake's idea of good and evil was interesting to me. Blake says that both good and evil are needed to keep the world going. Blake blames the Bible on most of the misinformation of good and evil?
#WTCTransRom@USAOWTC You can see in these writings just how passionate Beethoven was! I think it’s awesome how moving and inspiring his music was and how impactful it was on so many other things or people.
@USAOWTC#WTCBirth This reading affirms that history doesn't happen in a vacuum, there are traces and threads of other thoughts and culture :) that should be found and appreciated when searched properly, like making sure there are diverse storytellers telling history.
#WTCBirth@USAOWTC If we don't believe something for our own reasons or agenda then it is not true or right, seems relevant throughout time and today still. Other people can think differently and be different
Hypocrisy was obviously as much of a problem back then as it is today. Interesting to see how even the most “enlightened” thinkers have their flaws. @USAOWTC#wtcbouie
