@GoneBush47@bryan_johnson Regardless, I encourage people to try whatever they can. And if he knows the root cause, ie antibodies, then diet most likley is a bandaid, and reprogramming your immune system to stop attacking its own tissue is a difficult task
@GoneBush47@bryan_johnson Im not saying a different diet wont help.
Im a huge advocate of trying different things to see what works best.
He might benifit from changing to a carnivore diet. But people with gastritis are typically told to do low fat and lean protien, to supress stomach acid.
@Hashgraphian@SBakerMD@reverohealth I agree. Carnivore is not a cure-all. I respect Bryan trying to dig deeper into what is actually going on, instead of just doing a carnivore diet and getting a variable degree of relief.
@GoneBush47@bryan_johnson You are not asking enough questions. You should be asking why are certain foods making you unwell. (If you really want to get a deeper understanding)
People have immune reactions to meat, thats doesnt mean meat is a bad food for everyone.
@GoneBush47@bryan_johnson I think a carbivore diet is helpful as an elimination diet, but isnt addressing the root cause.
He seems to have identified his root cause. And it working at ways to actually fix the root cause. (Not just removing problematic foods that exacerbate the issue)
I would like to see you make a voluntary contribution of 5% of your family’s $200M net worth to the government for important healthcare, childcare, and jobs. Don’t worry, it’s just one-time. Your $10M contribution will provide free childcare for over 1,000 California kids for a year! Once you’ve made your personal contribution to a more just and equitable society, I’ll support all your other asset seizure ideas. But you gotta go first…
