I dropped off a parcel on Thursday and it doesn't seem to have moved since. I keep looking at the tracking but nothing's happened. It's 48hr Tracked so should have been there Saturday.
@RoyalMailHelp Hello, I was supposed to have a parcel collected today. Although the postie delivered something he didn't collect the parcel & I can't track it. Will he come tomorrow? Can I take it to the Post Office or would I have to pay again - and could I get a refund?

@_Railcards Hello, I renewed my railcard on 25/8 sent 26th which I still haven't received. Your email states 'if you do not notify us within 30 days of your purchase, there will be a ยฃ10 administration fee to issue any replacement.' How can I get the card without the fee?

@nationalrailenq I haven't bought my ticket yet. I've seen that I can't get to WEY via BPW from OKM at the time I want to go but I could if I spend a couple of pounds more getting separate tickets - OKM to BHM / BHM to WEY - Could I buy both tickets from OKM Ticket Office? thanks

@premierinn Hello, I've had to cancel my stay with you. I could cancel 28+ days before my trip (which it is) but the email said there was a problem with the refund "Please contact us via the webform on premierinn .com quoting โUnsuccessful Refundโ. I couldn't find the 'form' :/
@HSBC_UK Hello, I cancelled a holiday booking yesterday but as you'd sent me a new card (even though I hadn't used it) the refund didn't go through. Any idea how I'm supposed to get my money back? You've already kept a ยฃ13 partial refund from March, I can't afford to lose more

@premierinn Hello, Having had to move my booking a couple of times because of strikes I was finally able to go on the 27th March. It was ยฃ13 cheaper than the original booking - would I have had a refund for the difference? thx
