•Let the market open.
•Observe the opening range (5–15 minutes).
•Trade confirmed structure, not anticipation.
•Engage only after real volume steps in.

Patience here preserves capital — and capital is inventory.

11:30 AM – 1:30 PM ET (Midday Chop Zone)

Volume collapses. Institutional desks step away. Algorithms dominate.

This is not trend time.
This is noise time.

Price drifts. Breakouts fail. Structure loses clarity. Traders who overstay the morning session get chopped to pieces.

This is where:
•Overtrading happens
•Revenge trading lives
•Discipline disappears

Pro approach:
•Flatten positions from the morning session.
•Reduce size drastically — or don’t trade at all.
•Preserve mental capital for the power hours.

The edge is strongest when liquidity is strongest.

Trading GBP or EUR During the Asia Session

When London sleeps, so does liquidity.

GBP and EUR pairs rely heavily on European institutional flow. Without it, you get:

You’re trading a market without fuel.

Pro approach:
•Focus on the London Open (3:00 AM ET).
•Target the London breakout window.
•Prioritize the London–NY overlap (8:00–11:00 AM ET).

That’s when real money enters.
That’s when momentum sustains.

How to buy $SIVE (Sivers Semiconductors) from the USA?
There are several ways, but I did it through Interactive Brokers (IBKR).
With a regular account you'll get a "lack of market data" warning when placing an order.
To fix this and get much cheaper subscriptions, switch to Non-Professional status:
Professional version costs ~$45/month
Non-Professional costs only ~$2/month ✅
How to change it:
Go to Settings → Market Data Subscriptions
Click the gear icon next to "Market Data Subscriber Status"
Select Non-Professional and answer the questions (just say YES if you're a regular retail investor)
Then subscribe to Nordic Equity (L1) under the Europe/Nordic section.
After that the warning disappears and you can easily place orders for Swedish stocks like $SIVE.
