I couldn't be more thrilled about our ever-growing #Witcher family. Anya, Freya, and the rest of this jaw-dropping cast will slay monsters, your hearts, and everything else we put in front of them. https://t.co/gHkhf1mQlw

@mortenbay @rianjohnson Only 10% of people actually didn’t like the film. Hope I’m remember that correctly. Not sure how that can possibly true when TLJ by Disney’s standards was an immense failure and Solo was an even greater disaster due to boycotting fans. $700m less than TFA doesn’t feel like 10%.

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@mortenbay @rianjohnson I’ll be honest I don’t remember you discussing protecting the opinions of fans who didn’t like the film. You spend a great deal of the article pointing out misogynistic, troll, political tendencies of people who don’t like the film and claim...

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@SaveStarWarsNow Haven’t you heard? You’re a Russian bot.

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@mortenbay @rianjohnson Ironic that These people accuse me of being sexist, misogynistic and etc because I call Rey a literary Mary Sue and NEVER want to discuss it. One of my absolute favorite Star Wars characters is Ashoka Tano and I loved princess leia’s quick wit and grit as much as anyone else.

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@mortenbay @rianjohnson From my experience the “fantagonists” have been met with nothing but vicious attacks by people who liked TLJ and media outlets when all I’ve ever wanted to do was discuss the horrendous faults of the movie. I think I’ve literally had 2 people discuss actual plot points with me.

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@mortenbay @liminalsoup But the excerpts of your paper make it sound like the great majority of people didn’t hate the movie and all the backlash was politically motivated (?) and Russian trolls... I haven’t met anyone who actually likes the movie . And those that do don’t want to discuss it online.

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@mortenbay @DavidForden @MakingStarWars Why focus on tweets and ambiguous data sets... why not look at the 700m disparity in box office sales between TLJ and TFA, bombing in China, abysmal toy sales, Solo boycotting .. or even talk to fans face to face at the numerous conventions fan congregate at?

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@LastJediAwful Political motivation?!!!!!!

Are you a Russian🇷🇺 Bot?

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@BobIgerCEO Alright. #BoycottEpisodeIX

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@Alex_Young14 Because she was a princess ... the daughter of emperor emhyr and queen pavetta ... she comes from a long line of royals and emperor Emhyr also has a big role in the series. It literally changes everything . You know nothing of the story and are pushing an agenda just to do it.

[Callouslycrass @callouslycrass]

@Alex_Young14 Because there’s source material saying this character isn’t a minority.. I’m what you consider a “BAME” as well and I don’t care that I’m underrepresented I care about quality of content. And being rooted in this franchise I know when something is unfaithful and cheap.
