HYROX has plenty of running, and plenty of data for us to get curious about.
We analysed the timing data from the recent HYROX Bengaluru to see what really drives performance in this new format.

@vikramchandra Says so one of the many intl visitors ‘we love india, it’s food its people it’s diversity’ what’s one thing you face challenges ‘walking’ what do you mean ? ‘Walking on streets without pavements or abandoned pavements!’ Either ways we have still time to improve, better now !
Dear friends we all know this is the season when Dooars & other parts see a lot of rainfall.
Many of the roads are passing through forest only.
Remember wildlife has first right of way on such roads. Give them space and way. Drive slowly and safely.
A swimmer from Odisha won two GOLD medals in two consecutive days at Senior National Aquatic Championship, but there is no mention of her in local news papers or media.
If someone just sneezes in IPL that becomes front page news. This is how we support other sports disciplines.
A couple from Bangalore wanted somewhere to escape to. They had one brief for their architect: make it feel like an extension of the land, and of themselves.
This is Urukka Veedu. Thally, Tamil Nadu. Śūnya. 1,750 sq ft. 2025.
Terracotta roof tiles over a steel frame. Rough-plastered walls that step back so the landscape takes over. Louvred clerestory windows pulling breeze through the building without a single air conditioner working overtime. Earthen pots embedded in the filler slab ceiling. Teak carved into every door frame and shelf edge.
Look at the living room. A custom masonry sofa built into the floor, wide enough to sleep on, designed to hold a crowd. No imported furniture catalogue. No statement piece from overseas. Just a room that knows exactly what it is for.
This is what happens when a home is designed around how people actually live rather than how a catalogue says they should. We spend more of our life inside our homes than anywhere else, and most of what we are building on this continent does not deserve that time.
Build better. Your home is not a status symbol. It is where your life happens.

A video filmed by an citizen has exposed the unchecked movement of heavy dumper trucks on Ahmedabad's Riverfront road at night. Despite a strict ban on heavy vehicles, 3 wheelers and commercial transport along this stretch, the footage shows multiple trucks operating freely.

Our Monthly Macro Indicators are out, and the stress is clearly starting to show in the numbers and the economy.
GST collection growth collapsed to 3.2% in May from ~8.7% previously. Even this growth was entirely propped up by a 19.1% jump in import GST, which masked a 2.6% decline in domestic collections. That is a meaningful demand-side warning. Bank credit growth decelerated sharply (14.6% to 9.9%), and cement/steel production growth has been choppy.
Inflation is the central story, and the composition is worrying. CPI has climbed steadily every month (2.75% to 3.93%), but WPI has surged much faster (1.81% to 9.68%). That gap is the most important signal: wholesale/producer prices are rising much faster than retail prices, and the increasing burden is being absorbed by business owners
Markets are forward-looking; we are watching closely to see whether this is being treated as a temporary rough patch or a new reality.

🚢A deal may be close, but Hormuz normalization isn't priced as imminent. @Kalshi traders put just 17% odds on transit traffic returning to normal by July — roughly a coin flip by Sep/Oct (48%/54%), and 81% by July 2027.
Odds repriced sharply on yesterday's news. Track on @TheTerminal via WSL PREDICT<GO>
