Reading these kinds of stories break my heart, especially when the subject is the same age as myself. In a world dominated by social media where everything becomes a comparison or a race, there are significant drawbacks that continue to be swept under the rug. Will was a fantastic D2 player who was finding his way in the FBS. No two journeys are the same, but we must learn to own and respect them. There will never be enough money in college football, or any level of football for that matter, to replace the power of mental health. The best we can do is continue to have conversations and open ourselves up to the unknown. My condolences are with the Davis familyβ¦rest in heaven brotherππΌ
