Lockdown proved to be the catalyst I needed to finally write about my experiences of RED-S. I hope that this resource can provide some of the answers other athletes may be searching for and support them in seeking the guidance they may need๐ https://t.co/ZDVNaZF1GN
Like everyone else, I am sheltering in place. At this time, it is important to remember that activity is important. This recent JAMA paper shows that walking 10,000 steps decreases all cause mortality 4-fold compared to walking 2,000 steps per day. Stay active my firends.

If your only focus in nutrition is what you avoid, have a rethink.

Thereโs amazing things you can do with what you add in. It doesnโt have to be all doom & gloom
@ScarboroughRUFC this could be a great opportunity for the entire club to learn from an expert in sports nutrition as well as supporting a great cause.
If any rugby club would like a free nutrition seminar I will come and deliver one in return for donation to Rob and his family. Will also offer one on one consultations for anyone at the end of the seminar again for free.
If people moved from current eating patterns to healthy eating guidelines, there would be a 31% reduction in GHG emissions, 17% saving on water use & 34% reduction in land use. Lets hit that message home, rather than encouraging the removal of food groups & important foods.
