ESPN sources: The Colts are trading former Pro Bowl LB Zaire Franklin to the Green Bay Packers.
A former seventh-round pick, Franklin spent eight years in Indianapolis and was an organizational favorite who led the NFL in tackles in 2024 with 173.
RFK Jr. just casually revealed his daily diet as HHS Secretary — and it's pure carnivore with a twist.
“I'm on a carnivore diet, so I just eat meat and ferments… I eat some kind of meat, probably twice a day… with sauerkraut.”
Peter Doocy: “Is it true you’ll be cooking a steak at 6:30 in the morning with sauerkraut?”
RFK Jr.: “I eat it with sauerkraut, yeah.”
No carbs. No plants (except fermented ones).
Meat + ferments = his baseline.
Carnivore + sauerkraut at dawn — genius gut-health hack or too extreme for most people?
What’s your take — would you try it, or is this a step too far?
The most important fight of my life isn’t in the ring.
I’m not fighting for a belt. I’m fighting for our health.
Processed foods are killing us. We have been lied to and we need to eat real food again.
No Way: Kendall Jenner FaceTimed Tom Brady on the Jimmy Fallon show to ask him who he thinks will win the Super Bowl this year.
Tom is 48 years old, and Kendall is 30 years old.
Brady is the GOAT on and off the field 🐐
Democrat hero nurse Alex Pretti screaming, “Fucking assault me motherfucker, fucking trash,” before spitting on ice agents and kicking out their tail lights. This guy was not emotionally well, may well have been psychotic, and was begging to be attacked:
I’m not sure who has to hear this but…
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
YOU DO NOT NEED CARBOHYDRATES
The carnivore paradox that breaks people's brains:
Eating more fat makes you lose fat. Eating more cholesterol improves your cholesterol panel. Eating more saturated fat reduces inflammation. Eating more red meat improves your bloodwork. Eating zero fiber improves your digestion.
Everything they told you would kill you is making you healthier.
Everything they said was healthy was making you sick.
This isn't a diet so much as you realising the entire paradigm was inverted.
Fat doesn't make you fat. Sugar and seed oils do. Cholesterol doesn't cause heart disease. Inflammation and insulin resistance do. Saturated fat doesn't clog arteries. Oxidised seed oils do. Red meat doesn't cause cancer. Processed food, sugar, and seed oils do. Fiber doesn't improve digestion. It irritates it.
Once you see it, you can't unsee it. The emperor has no clothes and he's also diabetic.
I’ve been waiting for this exact moment for 34 years.
The 1992 food pyramid told Americans to eat 6-11 servings of bread, cereal, rice and pasta daily. Grains at the base. Fats at the top, used “sparingly.”
What happened next?
Obesity rates tripled in 30 years.
The math is WILD when you trace it back.
In 1992, about 12% of American adults were obese. By 2022, that number hit 42%.
Same time period. Same dietary guidance.
Now look at what the pyramid actually did. It told Americans that a bagel for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, and pasta for dinner was the ideal pattern. Each meal anchored by carbohydrates.
Meanwhile it lumped olive oil with candy at the tip.
The new pyramid literally flips this. Protein, dairy and vegetables at the top. Whole grains at the base in limited quantities.
Here’s what most people are missing though.
The original pyramid wasn’t created by nutritionists working in isolation. A 1991 draft was shelved for a full year after meat and dairy lobbies objected to their placement. When it finally launched in 1992, grain servings were higher than the nutrition experts originally recomended.
The USDA has a dual mandate. Promote American agriculture AND advise on nutrition. Those two jobs don’t always point the same direction.
95% of the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines committee had industry ties. Over half were linked to 30+ food actors including major cereal manufacturers.
So this flip represents something bigger than just moving pictures around on a chart.
The protein recommendation jumped from 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight to 1.2-1.6 grams. That’s a 50-100% increase in the target.
Whether you agree with every detail or not, watching federal guidance acknowledge that the last three decades of nutritional advice correlated with a health crisis… that’s a moment worth noting.
