@wholemars Wow. I remember when I got my 2018 Model 3 how it was a rare car in my neck of the woods. People would gawk, honk, and wave as I drove around. Now any Tesla is a common site where I am.

after losing my wife to cancer. Carnivore WOE turned all that around. Lost 60 lbs. and regained vitality. Sometimes can’t help thinking if my wife had been carnivore she might still be alive. She was largely plant based.
@gkatch22 If it’s true that the vast majority of a population being measured are metabolically ill, how is a set of metabolic markers derived that would be considered “healthy”?
Or if a marker’s range is based on misinformation, such as cholesterol?
@TrustedKeto On carnivore I have much more energy, that becoming more active seems organic/natural, not forced or willed. I keep finding ways to push myself without a looming sense of disabling inertia like when I was on a SAD diet.
@primalaurora Whichever one I didn’t already have. As is I have both but use the grill far more often than the fryer, even in marginal weather. Has to be a downpour or arctic blast to drive me indoors to the fryer.
@Gwendolynn1776 Went to my face burger place last year when I started carnivore and ordered same as you. Always thought the beef was good until I had it without the bun and condiments. Was surprisingly rather bland.
@energysmartwv It has made trying to buy an air cooled chiller with traditional tube & fin coils pretty difficult. Most now are micro-channel, which are more leak-prone.
@sobervore My fallback tactic for when I don’t have any defrosted meat but need it thawed quickly is to fill the sink with hot water and dunk the meat - still in wrapper- in the water for about 10 minute or so, depending on size. Works well.
@ChrisBWales The sharp uptick in the graph around 1995 is both interesting and disturbing. Diagnoses spiking as multiple generations raised on processed foods and sugary drinks become full blown diabetic?
