I just got off the phone with @AmericanExpress and had one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very aggravating, and pretty much ensured I’ll never apply for an Amex card again.

@AmericanExpress, My uncle died, aunt has an ex card she uses, you put hold on card, tell her she has to reapply because she isn’t primary, and then tell her the 65k points won’t transfer! Please help. I would like to help her fix this.
