@FedExHelp waiting for package that was supposed to be here on July 3rd. I have a suit I need for a funeral in the box. It’s on the truck but I am running out of time to catch a flight. Is there any way to contact the driver to expedite?
@MarriottBonvoy your Springhill suites in Durham nc oversold its rooms and left me high and dry! I have stayed there many times and they didn’t even tell me in advance they couldn’t accommodate me. I found out at midnight when I tried to check in after a late flight. Never again!
@Hertz you did it to me again! You wouldn’t let me take my confirmed reservation car out because of an issue. Would have been nice to find that out before 2am! And when I called and was told it had been fixed, it happened again! This President circle member is done with you!!!
@Avis really Avis? My wife rents a car from you and the tire leaks air and it reeks of smoke. She calls and you offer her no assistance. AND you tell her if the car needs to be towed it’s our financial responsibility. Unbelievable!!!
@Avis We have not received assistance. We should be given a refund for the car rental in addition to a refund for the $200 car towing charge. This is not our fault. The car was not drivable. Would appreciate your assistance.
@Avis horrible experience. My wife rented a car that had leaking tire and reeked of smoke. When she called for help she was told to get service outside of Avis! She tried to get another car and was told you were out of cars. You decided to tow the car back and we got charge $220!

@JetBlue My family cancelled flight tix in advance of the flight departure. Did not receive any travel credits. Called customer service and was told we never cancelled the flights. I have an email verification that proves this is not the case. Please help!
