@hendricksonfarm We put up ours in 2019 also and we were able to run lower temperatures on the Plenum and faster on the meter rolls in poor conditions with wetter corn then we are this year. I blame it on we live in North Dakota and not Iowa.
@hendricksonfarm Blase- we have a very similar dryer, only difference is we are running a centrifugal fan. Same issue here to the t. Elevators are having the same issues with the big towers also. It has to be something with the corn this year.
@Nashty113@hendricksonfarm We will have a Redekop unit running at NDSU field days in carrington in July. They are head and shoulders better than the factory unit. Chops finer, spreads wider, and more evenly. But you are correct when you say costly on the case units because you completely reconstruct it
@blonglet Our planter was the same machine setup and we donโt like the 15โ rows either so we spread them out to 20โ and put precision plant on and we really like it. We really liked that we can run one seed delivery hose to each row instead of those Yโs
@blonglet Yeah they arenโt the greatest but yes you can buy a harness extension and a bar for the side of your A-post and move the monitor up and face it at a angle down towards you and itโs will alleviate your problem. We got our harness extension from Titan
@blonglet Yeah thats the way Iโm reading this text back from my tech guy. He said that the reason we are seeing the downforce map say things are ok is because the ground is so soft. Iโll let you know if this works in about 5 minutes
@blonglet@ReedErickson1@PrecisionPlant What I donโt understand is that the load sensors is saying everything is ok but I donโt know how it could change pass to pass like this?
