Información, no recomendación.
@MikeLongTerm@amazon Whatever AWS prints Thursday, the valuation bar is lower than it used to be: $AMZN trades ~28x forward earnings vs ~49x its 5-yr avg. To me, capex is the number to watch.
@DividendDynasty@FASTGraphs For scale: $FICO's forward P/E averaged ~40x over the last 5 years; it's ~15x now. The market went from pricing endless price hikes to pricing none. That's where I'd start digging.

¿Giro o alivio?
@QualCompounders Context for the pop: $VRT went into the print at ~26x forward earnings, about its 5-yr avg and well below its ~39x 1-yr avg. The market wasn't paying for a beat.
@SCHDETF For valuation context: $ADP came into the print at ~24x forward earnings, under its ~27x 5-yr avg. Not a bargain, but a raised guide at that multiple looks fair to me.
@investseekers Whatever Nov 4 shows, the bar is already low: $NVO trades ~12x forward earnings vs ~27x its 5-yr avg. The market prices Novo as ex-growth; in-line might be enough.
@investseekers Whatever Nov 4 shows, the bar is already low: $NVO trades ~12x forward earnings vs a ~27x 5-yr avg. The market prices Novo as ex-growth; in-line could be enough.
@SCHDETF Context for the dip: $ADP came into the print at ~24x forward earnings, under its ~27x 5-yr avg. Selling a raised guide at that multiple looks like an overreaction to me.

¿O no?
@R_and_Invest ~9.4x next-12-month earnings vs ~20x its 5-yr avg. But trailing EPS is still negative, so that multiple only holds if the recovery lands. That's the bet on $UCTT.
@Neil_Shares And the market already pays for it: $RKLB trades ~31x forward sales, down from ~47x on average over the last year. Electron is priced in; Neutron has to earn the multiple.
@ariaradnia Part of that gap is the multiple: $UBER trades ~17x forward earnings, $LYFT ~8.6x. The market pays about double per dollar of expected profit for Uber's scale.
@tengyanAI The market is already pricing the "margins.. less so" part: SK Hynix trades under 4x forward earnings vs ~7x its 5-yr avg. Nobody's paying for durability yet.
