@hayley_whiting Hayley, I agree that Dr. Flynn is a good example! Also, I like how you mentioned they are prepared to say "I don't know." This is a phrase I believe many are afraid to admit, but I believe it has some benefit. It can be a learning moment for both parties. Thanks so much!
