@Garethnixo36726 @MikeyCycling @GMB Stop/start doesn’t turn the engine permanently off, think of it like standby. If one of the many sensors detect the need for a live engine, the stop/start will disable and the engine will spring to life on its own

@AlexTheNewton Agree,plus when he cut the wires there was a spark,did that not complete the circuit as if she’d flicked the switch?(I know nothing about electric circuits so happy to be corrected on that) and they pulled the door handles on the car when they suspected there could be a device 🤔

Once again, all these roads are dual carriageways! The word ‘dual’ refers to the number of carriageways, not lanes.

Unless signs or signals show otherwise, the speed limit on all of these is 70mph.

Oh, and the one that is safest generates by far the most media attention.
