@trent_rand Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we don't currently have plans to allow direct Bluetooth connections to Sesame for security reasons. Sorry for the disappointment! You may be interested in checking out the Sesame API and webhook instead: https://t.co/hOWFCVdRQZ
@vbadtz We're hoping to launch the new Wi-Fi Access Point by the end of the year, but it's still under development so there may be some changes to the timeline. We will have more information closer to launch!
@Hikerdave@reneritchie So glad to hear you're enjoying Sesame so far, @Hikerdave! Your support means the world to us and we will always work hard to keep improving Sesame and adding new features. Please let us know if you have any questions for us, we value your feedback and are always happy to help!
@vbadtz We mean something totally new! If you have a mortise lock, compatibility depends on the dimensions. You can email a photo of the lock to us at [email protected] and we can send you a compatibility guide and let you know if we think Sesame will work with your lock or not.
@foolintherain Please see our removal video here: https://t.co/ojNg6IWS32 Be sure to pull the strip parallel to the door rather than perpendicular to keep it from breaking. The remaining pieces can be removed by using floss to scrape it off. Hope this helps!
@mabehr Awesome, thanks for reaching out to us so we can get your item to you! Hope you enjoy using Sesame with the Wi-Fi Access Point and please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions, we'd be happy to help.
All Sesame smart locks are now back in stock! Thanks for your patience as we worked on sorting out the inventory issues.
Have questions about Sesame? Email us at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help!
@infohomekitnews Depends on your mortise lock. Sesame currently only supports locks that are within 360 degrees. And if the base is not wide enough to support Sesame, you may need an adapter to provide Sesame with sufficient surface area to attach. Email us at [email protected] for more info!
@russelldiv Sorry for the lack of clarity in the previous tweet. We need a photo to evaluate the damage and determine if your unit is eligible for a free replacement under our 1-year warranty policy. Please email [email protected] with a photo of the Sesame and your order number. Thanks!
@jankais3r The Wi-Fi Access Point will disconnect from Sesame whenever it's not in use and try to reconnect whenever you open your app or send an API request. Could you please email [email protected] and let us know your account email address so we can check your logs? Thanks!
@jankais3r We'll take a look, and if we determine your unit to be defective, we'd be happy to process a free replacement under our 1-year warranty. Thanks!
@jankais3r If you continue to have connectivity issues, please email [email protected] with a photo showing the distance between your Sesame and Wi-Fi Access Point plus a screenshot of the WiFi AP settings showing WIFi icon between cloud and cube.
