@MayorBMScott What is the specific concern? We could have been a leader here and made some money in the process. Instead same old NIMBY mentality that’s short sighted. If we have the technology to treat that water then what’s the problem? Certainly worse goes down the drain daily around here.

@Cernovich This looks like iron oxidizing bacteria based on the way it breaks up. Oils don’t break up like that. Shouldn’t be calling it pollution without knowing what it is. If he wants to know if there’s oil in the water, he should have shown what was collected on the oil sorbet boom.
