Great analogy. However, in reality, some people panic & guess what to do; changing anything, some blame the plant or the environment & some just replace it. Great coaching is identifying the source & influencing the required change. 'Don't tell me; show me'

Lots of ‘pressing’ practices have 2/3 players chase the ball in a small area against 5/6 stationary opponents who have to get a number of passes then switch play to another box for players to chase again - this replicates very little of the coordinated skills of ‘pressing’ 🧵
