@CookingIssues I was taught it as well, also to occasionally soak the board in white vinegar at the end of a shift, THEN coat heavily/completely in salt and let sit overnight, scrape off, wash, and oil

@davatron5000 Go full stupid. 3-D printers make great hat racks. As in a place to put hats. I’ve been offered multiple by friends who’ve bought their kids ones they used a couple times to make plastic tchotchkes and put in a closet. BUCK THAT TREND!
