@AmazonUK Your costumer service teams has cost me thousands.They wont provide a simple refund within the return window. I asked for an escalation to which I was rudely hung up on. Who can I speak to about this?

@AmazonHelp didnt https://t.co/VXEcAxgTnH was the final straws so I asked an escalation. Id be happy with just refund. All they could offer was to arrange another pickup . Which in my opinion is ridiculous. The operator said she was the end of line theres no one to esclate to and hung up

@virginmedia You deactivated my service without any rhyme or reason and cost me a days of work. Your operators repeatedly told lies and a few hung up on me. I was told this would be resolved before monday another working day.This is unacceptable!

@thameswater After 48hrs with no water I had to laugh when I saw a water bill in my inbox this evening. I might have to tell Thames Water that because it snowed in winter there will be a delay in paying my bill. In the meantime, they can collect some small change from Homebase car park

We’ve done further work in the #SW16, #SW17, #SW18 and #SW12 area and shut in a large pipe. Pressure is now building and we expect water to return over the next few hours.
