These are tough times but can't ignore the fact that we are in this situation because Wazirx & Liminal both messed up in their own way but customers trusted Wazirx with their crypto not Liminal :

Current Poll has 3 major flaws & has been made keeping in mind that priority is given to Business rather than users. Which is Totally Unfair & not transparent.

1) Snapshot should be taken from before the Hack not 3 days after.
2) Forced Crypto conversion will bring tax implications for users who are already burdened with 45% Hacked Fund Loss.
3) 45% of user funds are already lost & remaining is being forcefully kept by the exchange, even withdrawals will be with daily limits. That's again not Fair again.

In terms of recovering hacked funds, I am sure you guys are exploring all the options but few that come to my mind :

1) Wazirx team should look at contributing from their own profits that were made over the years or treasury.

2) Disclose Assets vs Liabilities, Balance Sheet, Revenue, INR Holding, etc - That will give better ideas about possibility & time period it will take to recover funds Via Wazirx Profit.

3) Reach out to users who are willing to accept equity in Zanmai Labs in exchange for lost tokens with buy back plan in case of recovery.

4) Reach out to Users with Heavy Portfolio to figure out options that they are comfortable with.

In the end whatever happened can't be undone, we can only learn from it & come back stronger but at the same time - Need to be fair to Users & next steps should taken giving them priorty.
