🚨BREAKING: The U.S. military is preparing for the first execution in more than 60 years — and Army Major Nidal Hasan is on the list.

Hasan carried out the 2009 Fort Hood massacre, killing 13 people (including an unborn child) and wounding more than 30 others while shouting “Allahu Akbar.” He targeted unarmed soldiers at a readiness processing center as they prepared for deployment.

He was convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder, stripped of his rank, and sentenced to death. He has been on death row at Fort Leavenworth for over a decade and has shown no remorse.

The Army has developed plans (including “Operation Resolute Justice”) to carry out military executions if authorized by the President. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has publicly expressed commitment to seeing Hasan’s death sentence carried out. Hasan’s final appeals have been exhausted.

If approved and carried out, it would mark the first U.S. military execution since 1961.

Thirteen American service members never came home because of Hasan’s jihadist attack on his own fellow soldiers. Justice has been delayed for far too long.

Mangaluru, Karnataka: Food safety officials conducted a surprise raid at a KFC outlet in Mangaluru's City Centre on K.S. Rao Road following a customer complaint alleging that they received spoiled, foul-smelling chicken ordered online.

During the inspection of the kitchen, store room, and cold storage, officials sealed the go-down. Food samples have been collected and sent to a laboratory for testing. Further action will be taken based on the lab report, say officials.

BJP MLA’s Daughter Accused of Assaulting Woman PSI in Mandya Temple

The daughter of BJP MLA B. Suresh Gowda has been accused of assaulting and threatening a woman PSI while she was on duty at the Arathi Ukkada temple in Srirangapatna taluk of Mandya district on August 12.

According to the complaint, Aishwarya, daughter of Tumakuru Rural BJP MLA B. Suresh Gowda and wife of ACP Gautham, allegedly abused PSI Savitha B. Police Patil, slapped her and obstructed her duty following a dispute over the delay in allowing her darshan.

Savitha, attached to the Mandya Women’s Police Station, had been deployed for special security duty at the temple in view of Bheema Amavasya. The incident reportedly occurred around 8.15 pm inside the temple premises.

Based on the PSI’s complaint, Kyathanahalli Police registered an FIR against Aishwarya under Sections 132, 115(2), 352 and 351(2) of the BNS.

Questions have now been raised over the alleged delay in police action, as more than 24 hours had reportedly passed without an arrest or notice being issued to the accused. There are also allegations of pressure from senior police officials to facilitate a counter-case.

A homemaker in Bengaluru has accused a PSI and a constable attached to Varthur Police Station of illegally entering her house on the pretext of resolving a domestic violence case, and allegedly looting gold, cash and other valuables.

BOOKED FOR SLAPPING SBI BRANCH MANAGER IN ADYAR

Adyar police registered a case against Kayalvizhi Azhagiri, granddaughter of former chief minister M Karunanidhi, for slapping an SBI branch manager at the bank's NRI branch in Adyar on July 20 following a dispute over a malfunctioning lift in her commercial building.

Kayalvizhi Azhagiri owns a commercial property in Adyar where the SBI NRI branch functions. Branch manager Harshin Singh had complained to the property maintenance person about a malfunctioning lift in the building. As the issue remained unresolved, Singh escalated the complaint to Kayalvizhi.

When Kayalvizhi visited the bank on July 20, she got into an argument with Singh over the lift issue and slapped him on the cheek. The incident was captured on CCTV.

Singh informed the bank's senior officials about the incident and shared the CCTV footage with them.
Chief Manager of SBI NRI branch Namachivayam lodged a formal complaint at Adyar police station.

The CCTV footage was circulated on social media on Saturday, following which Adyar police registered a case against Kayalvizhi Azhagiri under charges of intimidation and assault. Police are investigating.
