That's why you see a cycle of seemingly wonderful technologies be announced to great fanfare then fail to scale when it comes to actual environments. You must see how your "perfect" hardware will fail before you can call it ready.

Also: Vietnam and Malaysia don’t have tariffs on Chinese components.
Policy-wise, this is great for Vietnam and Malaysia but is absolutely not US industrial policy.
My understanding of the looming trade plans is that in combination with major deportations and ongoing immigration restrictions they’re basically a recipe for Vietnam and Malaysia to do final assembly of everything.
