The "compatible left's" coverup of the three assassinations ending the 1968 RFK For President Campaign was a huge variable in the corporatization of the public sphere. That campaign had the largest multi-racial working class coalition in US History, and ended in the three assassinations of its leaders, MLK, RFK, and UAW President Walter Reuther.

One cannot just dismiss that campaign as another attempt to steer dissent back into the Democratic Party. Nothing shows the impossibility of such steerage more than that campaign. The Cover up is the thing that enabled WalMart to fund NoKing, while all US Secondary Education was lost to teaching fake politics.
