@Bell_Support I have spent 2.5 hours today alone. The last call talking to cancellations...who transferred me BACK to loyalty...who offered me a package that will cost me more...and because it will cost 30 a MONTH more they offered 30... Not a month...once. I fear I will just waste more time.

@elonmusk when can we expect testers to be chosen? Amherst Island has horrible rural internet. We are an underserved rural community near Kingston, Ontario. We are anxious for speeds above 5mbps! Recently an islander described our area as "the black hole of internet"! Sign me up!
