Extension of due date for ITR filing is due to failure of e filing portal to manage the e-filing login, download,upload utilities and glitches in filing of ITR. So when the e- filing portal is not available the due date and time must be extended automatically for the period.

Extending one day practically will not serve any purpose, the e-filing site itself not working and overloaded and further utility for change in due date by E-filing portal as well as third party software will take time.

The residents has already paid AUDA development charges for infrastructure development but today roads are blocked since long , water logging everywhere, builders poor site maintenance , no cleaning of roads and light maintenance. Shela Residents suffering everyday.

@UIDAI pl resolve the issues in getting aadhar OTP for ITR filing in most instances it shows "Error: request could not be completed in absence of response from UIDAI. Pl try after some time."
Now days OTP generation became very much time consuming task.
