链上数据比K线诚实。下面这套筛选条件，我按 GMGN 官方文档和公开数据重新核对过，每一条都标了依据。直接拿去用。

我用的GMGN筛选器，只留这几条：
1. Top 10 持仓 < 30%
筹码太集中，一个大户砸盘你就出局。

2. LP 已烧毁或已锁定
没烧池子的，约60%概率会被rug。

3. Rug 比例 < 0.10
“低风险”档。0.10–0.30要谨慎，超过0.30直接跳过。

4. 流动性 > $10,000
低于这个数，滑点能吃掉你。

5. Mint 权限已丢弃
必查项。没丢弃，项目方随时可以增发砸盘。

这几条是经验值，不是绝对标准，但能帮你过滤掉大部分垃圾：
上线时间 > 24 小时
排除刚开盘几分钟的狙击期。没有官方背书，但方向对。

市值 $10K–$50K
偏超早期打法。赔率高，风险也高。不同风格用不同区间，这不是通用线。

6 小时成交量 > $10,000
非常低的下限。成交量越高，真人参与越多。垃圾盘通常没量。

老鼠仓比例 < 20%
进阶版的建议值。太高说明内部人控盘严重。

狙击者比例越低越好（< 5 为佳）
狙击手多的盘子，散户进去就是接盘。

过了这五关的币，才值得你打开图表去看叙事、看催化剂、看社区是不是活人。

我从来不买已经涨起来的币。不是因为我不贪，是因为我在链上能看到谁在买。在他们还没推高价格之前，我已经在车上了。

我的系统很简单：不追价格，追人。

第一步，找到真正在赚钱的钱包。
打开GMGN的聪明钱榜单，筛选过去7天或30天盈利靠前的地址。我不看粉丝数，不看喊单，只看链上战绩。一个钱包如果连续几个月都在赚，那它一定有自己的信息优势。这种地址，我把它加入观察列表。

第二步，让系统替我盯盘。
我不可能24小时坐在电脑前。所以我会在GMGN上给这些钱包设置提醒——Telegram推送、浏览器通知。当它们买入某个代币时，我第一时间收到消息。这样我永远不会错过聪明钱的出手。

第三步，30秒安全验证，排除垃圾盘。
收到提醒后，我不会无脑跟。先点开代币的安全面板，快速过一遍：
- Top10持仓是否低于30%？
- LP是否已烧毁或锁定？
- Rug比例是否低于0.10？
- Mint权限是否已丢弃？

这四个指标，有一个不合格，我就直接跳过。再好的叙事，也不值得拿本金去赌。

第四步，执行——要么手动，要么自动。
确认安全后，如果我有时间，就手动买入。如果我在忙，就用GMGN的跟单功能，设置好单次买入金额和止盈止损，让系统执行。跟单有1%手续费，但我只在观察到钱包风格稳定后才会开启，不会随便跟。

第五步，提前布局的本质，是信息前置。
真正的抢先，不是比别人快几秒按按钮，而是比别人早知道谁在买。当你还在刷K线找形态，我已经通过链上数据看到了聪明钱的动向。这不是预测，是跟踪。
