@hunterwalk @migueldeicaza It really is as easy as searching for user names. The only difference is that it's more like the form of an email address than a handle for a specific site. You can also give people a URL to your page which they can then follow from.

@mgrouchy @hunterwalk @migueldeicaza You can. There is an app to give you a list of mastodon accounts for people you follow and your followers. They just need to put their mastodon name in their Twitter bio.
