@nicagator@JoshuaBarzon Agree, and if you read just a few verses back, God was telling Israelites to wait 70 years and yet Christians who quote this verse does not quote the 70 years waiting period.
@jsrrayburn@GuitarmanJoel@JoshuaBarzon I'm not sure that entire theology is based on this, I still believe that salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ dying on the cross for us and resurrecting, hence we will also resurrect at the end of time. but Peter said 'the promise is for you and your children. '
@GuitarmanJoel@JoshuaBarzon I'm not 100% sure about that, the Philippian jailer who believed and his whole household baptized, is it possible there was a child or baby there?
@its_The_Dr New York is awesome and been there so many times and have a lot of friends there, you know what? I'll use the money to fly my friends from NY to Florence, Athens, Lisbon, Madrid, Rome, Istanbul, Vienna, Milan (so we can go to Lake Como). And maybe somewhere in Asia.
@gsorgard@edgaralandough Love this, it also reminds me of Daniel 12:4, where many shall run to and fro, which means many will be searching for the word of God.
@edgaralandough βBut he said to me, βMy grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.β Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.β
