@bookingcom @bookingcom, this policy protects only the abusive rental car company that hired the abusive employee. You've done nothing to protect threats and abuse to your once-loyal customer. And you won't ("cannot") issue a refund?

@bookingcom I never raised my voice, used foul language, called names, or threatened anyone. The only person who created a scene was this abusive employee, who took my property without permission and threatened me with arrest multiple times. I expect a response, @bookingcom.

@united 3.5-hour mechanical delay Dulles-Lisbon. Out of pocket $426 (hotel, transport, rebooked Lisbon-Faro flight, etc.). Two weeks ago, United promised to reimburse me. Just today, United offered 2,500 miles (~$30) as compensation. That sounds fair. #unitedairlines

@AerLingus Case #10534355 is in review, @AerLingus, per the automated email I received. The one that specifies that responding to that email will delay the review. Hours spent on hold. No functioning chat. No emails. It's incredible.
