$PODD handling yet another recall very poorly.

I'm a fan of this business and some of the leaders personally, but disappointed in the lack of #customerobsession to replace life critical devices.

Both boxes of my daughters #Omni5 are recalled and all they seem to care about is getting you to acknowledge they are impacted vs getting you new ones.

8-10 days!? How about managing this with urgency or an alternative pharmacy driven solution so your error does not just result in having to go pay cash price for more of the devices that you blew it on.
