My daughter got glass in her mouth when eating corn from Coles. 11 weeks later, still no resolution despite phone calls and emails.
The promised refund and measly $20 compensation has not been forthcoming.
Is this matter not serious enough to be settled promptly?

I've had to jump through many hoops, at great expense, to be reunited with my family, yet you have been allowed to swerve the rules, just to play a game. I'm angry!

@vicderbyshire The hotel quarantine system is already 10 months too late! It's also not strict enough. My understanding is that only 5% of people arriving each day will be required to go to hotels. Only 1,000 out of 20,000 arrivals.
