@ErwanLeCorre At 62, I can easily get into the squat and hold for several minutes although my calves feel very tight. Where I really struggle is getting back up swiftly. I can get up but it looks (and feels) like I’m fighting for my life! Is practice all it takes to make that more effortless?

@hjluks The narrowing of my parents lives started 13 years ago at age 70…got recliners and started watching political outrage TV as their full time job. Now they are barely mobile and in constant pain. A great inspiration to me to keep moving and surround myself with positivity!
