@easyJet Have messaged directly, no response yet

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@easyJet currently delayed in Reus airport in Spain. Departure time came and went, no staff, no announcement, 0 communication… really poor.

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@easyJet hi I booked a seat through customer service and they’ve changed the seat on the outgoing, not the return. Can someone from customer service DM me?

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@JamesMelville Comparing a top tier Spanish club to a national standard doesn’t make sense… surely there are one or two premier league academies of a similar standard.

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@brfootball Different champions league format with more games

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@TUIUK Can someone DM me some n this before my flight please. I can’t add my API, can I do it at the airport during check in?

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@TUIUK I have tried to add API several times and keep getting the ‘technical difficulties’. The response from TUi staff is to come to the support at least 6 hours before and speak to staff. It’s a 7am flight and we have 1 yr old twins… this is a TUi problem and the customer…

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@TUIUK Hi Dannii have tried these both. Spoke to several different customer service advisors. They don’t even seem aware that the TUi website says you have to provide API six hours before your flight… advising a family to go to the airport around midnight for a 7am flight is poor.

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

Service has been really poor. Can someone please explain why we should be massive inconvenienced because your systems don’t work? Can someone please call to assist with this. DM for my number

[Conor Carson @carson_conor]

@TUIUK hello, we are travelling with twins, below 2 years old and they will be sitting on our laps.

Is there anyway we can sit in opposing aisle seats? This is usually how we sit when we fly but TUI doesn’t allow this? It only allows one row in front or behind.
