1️⃣ Compressed Audit Window
>Non-audit ITR due date was shifted to 16 Sept 2025.

>Barely 10 working days remain for hundreds of audits that ordinarily need 60 days. ITS IMPRACTIAL AND INHUMAN

2️⃣ Portal Disruptions
>Frequent outages, DSC glitches, and AIS/TIS sync issues between 11–16 Sept and its still going on.

3️⃣ Late Utilities & Mid-Cycle Updates
>Audit Form 3CA/3CB/3CD utility released only on 14 Aug 2025. Schema/utility changes continued till mid-September, consuming precious audit time.

4️⃣ Disaster & Disruption
>Floods and rains in multiple states crippled power, connectivity, and office access.

5️⃣ Compliance Overload
>Overlapping deadlines: GSTR 3B, statutory audits, GST 2.0 reforms

>Festive-season holidays ( Navratri & diwali) further reduced effective working days.

6️⃣ Stakeholder Consensus
>Multiple associations have urged for 30 Nov 2025 (TAR) and 15 Dec 2025 (Audit ITRs), recognising widespread systemic challenges.

Make it very clear from the very beginning the extension of TAR dates. It's an undisputed fact that TAR can't be completed in 15 Days timeframe.

If still you are inclined enough to stick to your due dates then clear the air.

Issues with @IncomeTaxIndia Portal being faced by tax professionals all over India and no solution for which has been provided by arrogant @IncomeTaxIndia people:

1. Rebate u/s 87A - why disallowed from special rate incomes under New Regime for FY 2023-2024 and status of those demands payable ?
2. Demand of late fees of Rs. 5000/- raised to partners of audited firms even when all details are correct in ITR.
3. Processing of ITR-U where interest is being levied till date of processing of the Return!
4. ITR processing pending of so many ITRs by CPC.
5. Utilities for FY 2024-2025 not been released yet - 2 months are about to pass!

Enough is enough.

📢 Tamil Nadu 🛣

🔹In Erode District, ₹36.45 crore has been approved for widening SH-20 into a dual two-lane divided carriageway with paved shoulders, including stormwater drains and a high-level bridge over 2.9 km.

🔹In Tiruppur District, ₹6.84 crore has been sanctioned for widening Mettukadai–Moothampalayam Road to an intermediate lane, with curve improvements, culvert reconstruction, and retaining wall construction over 4.2 km.

🔹In Madurai District, ₹18.29 crore has been allocated for widening and strengthening SH-154 from DL to DLPS, with protective and cross-drainage works spanning 6 km, enhancing regional road infrastructure.

🔹In Thanjavur & Trichy Districts, ₹20.52 crore has been approved for widening Mehalathur–Pathalapettai Road from single to two-lane and intermediate to two-lane standards, improving 9.4 km of connectivity.

🔹In Dindigul District, ₹5.8 crore has been sanctioned for widening and strengthening Dharmathupatti–Adalur–Thandikudi Road, including culvert reconstructions and retaining wall construction, ensuring safer and more efficient transit across 4.4 km.

🔹Allocated under CRIF, these infrastructure projects will significantly boost regional economic activity, improve transportation efficiency, reduce travel time, enhance road safety, and create opportunities for socio-economic growth across the state of Tamil Nadu.

#BREAKING In a case involving bribery to reduce GST dues, officials from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested Saravanakumar, the Assistant Commissioner of GST in Madurai. The CBI apprehended two officials from the Central Excise Department who allegedly accepted a bribe of 350,000 rupees from Karthik, a transport businessman in Madurai, yesterday. During the investigation, it was revealed that Saravanakumar was connected to the case. Following this, CBI officials conducted a search at his residence located in Thiruvidaimarudur, Thanjavur district.
