He is part of the problem. He chose to continue the cycle after his agency kicked in.

@msannapanda @rebeccalehmann I missed out on so many internships because they were unpaid. Would have been great foit-in-the-door opportunities, but I was paying for everything plus family expenses bc my dad was in cancer treatment.

You didn’t imply anything in your original tweet outside of the words written. There are plenty of twitter shorthands available to convey sarcasm, etc.

Your point in your statement was a specific phrase “everyone wants to be CEOs” in response to an article about why employees leave their jobs. There was no other inference for anyone to make. If you were trying to make another point, you failed.

We also have to remember our access to information was different. Google is way younger than us. The internet was a different place and how we used it reflected that. I totally get it 😁
